VM Agent is unable to contact with the Azure Backup Service - Windows VM Error

I was recently enabling the Azure Backup on Azure VM but it was failing with below error message:

This error probably due to unresponsive of VM agent and also, we need to check the VM agent version.

Solution:

a.) Download Windows Azure VM Agent

b.) Install the file (Run as Administrator)
